  • Beef steak
    1.5 lbs, thinly sliced
  • Cornstarch
    1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce
    1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar
    1/2 cup
  • Garlic
    3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger
    1 tbsp fresh, minced
  • Green onions
    6, cut in 2-inch pieces
  • Vegetable oil
    for frying

1. Slice beef thinly and coat with cornstarch
2. Deep fry beef until crispy, set aside
