Instructions
1. Brown andouille sausage in large Dutch oven
2. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides
3. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery (the holy trinity)
4. Cook until vegetables soften
5. Add garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings
6. Stir in rice and chicken broth
7. Add shrimp in last 10 minutes
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
