Instructions
1. Cut potatoes into thick fries, soak in water
2. Make beer batter with flour, beer, and seasonings
3. Heat oil to 375ยฐF for frying
4. Fry potatoes until golden, drain on paper towels
5. Dip fish in batter and fry until crispy
6. Season fries with salt immediately
7. Serve with tartar sauce and malt vinegar
8. Garnish with lemon wedges
