Instructions
1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat
4. Sear steak cubes 2-3 minutes per side
5. Remove steak from pan
6. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to pan
7. Return steak to pan, toss in garlic butter
8. Serve immediately with crusty bread
