Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in large Dutch oven
2. Add diced onion and cook until soft
3. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika
4. Stir in tomato paste, cook 1 minute
5. Add diced tomatoes, beans, and beef broth
6. Bring to boil, then simmer 1 hour
7. Season with salt and pepper
8. Serve with toppings: cheese, sour cream, cilantro
