Ingredients
  • Rice
    4 cups cooked, cold
  • Pork chops
    2 cups cooked, diced
  • Eggs
    3 large, beaten
  • Peas
    1 cup frozen
  • Carrots
    1 large, diced
  • Soy sauce
    3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Green onions
    4, sliced

Instructions

1. Cook rice and let cool completely
2. Dice cooked pork into small pieces
3. Scramble eggs in wok, remove
4. Add oil and fry rice, breaking up clumps
5. Add pork and vegetables
6. Stir in soy sauce and seasonings
7. Return eggs to pan, toss everything
8. Garnish with green onions
