Instructions
1. Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour
2. Brown chicken in olive oil, remove from pan
3. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms
4. Cook vegetables until tender
5. Add garlic, tomatoes, wine, and herbs
6. Return chicken to pan
7. Simmer covered 30 minutes
8. Serve over pasta or polenta
