Ingredients
  • Broccoli
    2 cups florets
  • Bell peppers
    2 mixed colors, sliced
  • Carrots
    2 large, julienned
  • Snow peas
    1 cup
  • Garlic
    3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger
    1 tbsp fresh, minced
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    1/4 cup stir-fry sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare all vegetables by cutting uniformly
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat
3. Add harder vegetables first (carrots, broccoli)
4. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, add softer vegetables
5. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute
6. Pour in stir-fry sauce
7. Toss until vegetables are coated and heated
8. Serve over rice or noodles
