Instructions
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
3. Sear pork chops 3-4 minutes per side
4. Remove chops from pan
5. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to pan
6. Simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes
7. Return chops to pan, coat with glaze
8. Serve with steamed vegetables
