Instructions
1. Cook jumbo shells until al dente
2. Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, and seasonings
3. Spread marinara sauce in baking dish
4. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture
5. Arrange in dish, top with more sauce
6. Cover with mozzarella and parmesan
7. Bake at 375ยฐF for 25 minutes
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
