Instructions
1. Trim asparagus spears
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
3. Add asparagus, cook 3-4 minutes
4. Add shrimp to pan with garlic
5. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side
6. Add lemon juice, zest, and butter
7. Season with salt and pepper
8. Serve immediately over rice or pasta
