Instructions
1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat
2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned
3. Add water chestnuts, garlic, and ginger
4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, and rice vinegar
5. Cook until heated through
6. Serve mixture in lettuce cups
7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
8. Serve with extra sauce for dipping
