Instructions
1. Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds
2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic
3. Add rice, tomato sauce, and seasonings
4. Stuff peppers with meat mixture
5. Top with cheese
6. Place in baking dish with water
7. Cover and bake at 350ยฐF for 45 minutes
8. Remove cover, bake 10 minutes more
