Instructions
1. Cut pocket in each pork chop
2. Make stuffing with breadcrumbs, apple, and herbs
3. Stuff pork chops and secure with toothpicks
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Brown chops in oven-safe skillet
6. Add apple cider to pan
7. Bake at 350ยฐF for 25 minutes
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
