Instructions
1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions
2. Cut beef into strips and season with salt and pepper
3. Brown beef in batches in large skillet, remove
4. Add mushrooms to pan, cook until golden
5. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft
6. Add flour, cook 1 minute
7. Slowly add beef broth and sour cream
8. Return beef to pan, simmer until thickened
9. Serve over noodles
