Instructions
1. Heat oil in wok over high heat
2. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry 30 seconds
3. Add ground chicken, breaking up as it cooks
4. Cook until chicken is done, about 5 minutes
5. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar
6. Stir in basil leaves until wilted
7. Serve over rice with fried egg on top
8. Garish with extra basil
