Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente
2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in large pan
3. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes
4. Cook until garlic is golden, about 2 minutes
5. Add cooked pasta with some pasta water
6. Toss vigorously to create creamy emulsion
7. Add parsley and parmesan
8. Serve immediately
