Instructions
1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
3. Cook chicken skin-side down 5-6 minutes until crispy
4. Flip and cook 4-5 minutes more, remove from pan
5. Make sauce: combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger
6. Pour sauce into pan, simmer 2 minutes
7. Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over
8. Garnish with green onions and serve
