Instructions
1. Slice beef thinly against the grain
2. Marinate beef in soy sauce and cornstarch 15 minutes
3. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat
4. Stir-fry beef until browned, remove from pan
5. Add broccoli and cook 3-4 minutes
6. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute
7. Return beef to pan with sauce ingredients
8. Stir-fry until sauce thickens, serve over rice
